Sponsoring Medical Staff in Uganda

The ability for KCF’s The People Medical Centre to extend its services to the remote villages of Mubende in Uganda is directly related to our ability to provide KCF with physicians and nurses to assign to these areas. Sustainable healthcare is only possible when a healthcare professional is part of the community.
All medical sponsorship funds cover the salaries of all of KCF medical staff. Individual health Workers are not assigned to each sponsor.

A doctor can be sponsored at $500 a month and a nurse at $250 a month. However, smaller increments and monthly commitments can be appreciated too.

Sponsor Teachers in Uganda
In order to attract and retain highly skilled teachers, KCF must provide a teacher with a competitive salary, housing allowance, and a medical emergency fund. It requires $200 per month to fully fund a teaching position, however, KCF allows partial sponsorships in increments of $50.
All teacher sponsorship funds go into a Teacher Support fund to cover the salaries of all of KCF teachers. Individual teachers are not assigned to each sponsor.
